Deadline for Payment for All Sponsorships: March 22, 2025

Deadline for Submitting Names for Registration and Accommodation: March 15, 2025

Transfer Detaylarının İletilmesi için Son Tarih : 29 Mart 2025

Budgets will be arranged according to the period on the payment date.
Taxes are not included in the sponsorship fees stated.
D Event Tourism has the right to reflect tax changes on yachts and reserves the right to change yachts in case the economic conditions in the country change significantly.

CANCELLATION /REFUND CONDITIONS
9 Ocak 2026 tarihinden sonra gerçekleşecek olan iptallerde geri ödeme yapılmayacaktır.

Refunds for cancellations made before this date will be paid to the stated accounts via bank transfer within 60 days from the start date of the event.
All reservations for sponsorships that are not paid by the specified date will be cancelled.
Sponsors must have made all payments prior to the organization. For each monthly delay in payments, 10% interest will be applied on the total invoice amount.
