Dear Colleagues

Years pass in the blink of an eye; we will be with you on April 17-19, 2025 to organize the 24th Çapa Gastroenterohepatology Days. We are truly a well-established, traditional and leading meeting. As you know, gastroenterology is one of the scientific fields with the widest patient hinterland, approximately 40% of patients applying to polyclinics have gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary problems. At the same time, it is a very dynamic field, with intense medical advancements related to diagnosis and treatment. As a scientific discipline, we will share the progress made in 1 year in these meetings with you to keep you updated. Most importantly, we convey these advances by adding the comments and experiences of the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine to which we belong. Therefore, the participants get the chance to enjoy “experience transfer”, which is the most valuable knowledge.

This year, the sessions will begin with live endoscopy presentations on advanced endoscopic techniques, and will be enriched with talks by experienced professors from surgery, radiology and pathology. Hot topics such as inflammatory bowel diseases, viral hepatitis and autoimmune liver diseases will be discussed with case presentations. Gastroenterology and internal medicine specialists, family medicine, general surgery and infectious diseases are disciplines that will find much for themselves in these meetings.
